Prices include a service fee. Please notice, that order fee 3 €/order when bought from Ticketmaster shops or 1,50 €/order when bought from Ticketmaster online shop will be added, excluding tickets purchased at Oulu Sinfonia ticket booth and Kaikukortti-tickets.
No returns or changes.
If the customer is entitled to bring a personal assistant, the assistant may accompany the customer to the concert free of charge. Assistant tickets for wheelchair users are available both via Ticketmaster’s webshop and from Oulu Sinfonia’s and Ticketmaster’s ticket outlets. Other types of assistant tickets (e.g. for visually impaired customers) are, due to technical reasons, available only from Oulu Sinfonia’s or Ticketmaster’s ticket outlets.
Most outlets accept Smartum Pay, Edenred Virike and ePassi as methods of payment.
Gift cards: Ticketmaster gift cards (plastic) can be used both in Ticketmaster outlets and Oulu Sinfonia ticket booth. Oulu Symphony Orchestra’s own gift cards (cardboard) can be used in Oulu Sinfonia ticket booth only.
Free entry for Kaikukortti holders in all concerts in autumn season (limited amount). Kaikukortti tickets must be purchased in advance from Oulu10 service point. More information: www.ouka.fi/kaikukortti.
Central Library Saari offers four tickets to each of Oulu Sinfonia’s season concert on spring 2026. More information from the library.
A group of 20 or more people gets a discount of 10 %.
School groups:
